With over 2,000 parking spaces, you’re sure to find a spot.
Accessible Parking
Located close to entrances for ease of access to and from the centre. Wider spaces make getting in and out easier. We have 11 spaces on Level 1, 16 spaces on Level 2 and 77 spaces on Level 3. These spaces are marked in blue and follow the Monash Council regulation and restrictions guidelines view here
Seniors Parking
Seniors car parking bays are marked in green and conveniently located near the entrances to the centre.
Parents with Prams
Extra wide parking for those visitors with small children in prams. These parks are marked in red and are provided on Levels A, B, D, E and G in the Multi-Deck off The Circuit and near Coles in the Quick Stop 90 minute parking section.
Quick Stop Parking
These spaces are marked in orange and conveniently located near the entrances to the centre for a quick 90min shop.
Some parking bays have time limits applied. Please refer to the signage displayed in the car park for time restrictions. All day parking is available on the upper deck which is accessible via the third gate entry accessed via Hansworth Street.
Penalties do apply if you overstay the time restrictions.

Where are the electric vehicle charging stations located?
The charging stations are located near the entrance of the Coles lower carpark.
How much does it cost to charge your vehicle?
Nothing. Our electric vehicle charging stations are complimentary for customers.
How long can I charge my vehicle?
Customers are welcome to use the charging stations for as long as they wish.
What hours are the charging stations available?
The charging stations will be available to customers during the car park opening times.

Parking Terms and Conditions

Children’s Play Area
Waverley Gardens offers two children’s play areas which are available free of charge during core trading hours. Parental supervision is required at all times.
The Food Court Playground is located in the foodcourt and is suitable for children under 5 years old.
The Magic Garden Playground is located outside Gloria Jeans near Aldi.
Parents Rooms
Waverley Gardens offers two Parents rooms, both have been awarded five stars by the Australian Breastfeeding Association – Parents Rooms have been provided for parents and guardians to take care of their children while shopping at the centre. They are located in the Food Court and near Henry’s Mercato, and include private feeding areas, microwaves, change tables and child-friendly toilets.
Restrooms
The restroom facilities are conveniently located throughout the centre.
Information & Customer Service
The friendly Information team are on hand daily to assist you with directions, store information, mobility equipment, lost property and gift card purchases.
The Customer Serice Desk is located next to PTC Phone Tech at the Woolworths end of the centre and is open Monday – Saturday:

We offer free Wi-Fi to all our customers. Simply select FREE WIFI WAVERLEY GARDENS to connect.

Mobility Services Hire
To ensure your shopping experience is comfortable, Waverley Gardens offers customers complimentary wheelchair and motorised scooter hire. Bookings can be made simply by calling the Customer Service Desk on (03) 9547 6088 prior to your visit to ensure availability, especially during peak periods. Please note that the maximum hire time for motorised scooters is 3 hours.
Kiddy Cruiser
When visiting the centre with your children, you might like to take the kids for a ride in a Kiddy Cruiser. They are free to hire, and we even have a double cruiser! Please visit the Customer Service Desk, and ask our friendly staff for more information.
Lost Property
If you think you may have lost something whilst at Waverley Gardens you can report this at the Customer Service Desk, located next to PTC Phone Tech or phone: (03) 9547 6088. If you find something which someone else has lost, please bring this to the Customer Service Desk, or hand it to a Cleaner or Security Guard.
Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre is serviced by the Public Transport Victoria Bus Service.
The nearest bus stop is located on Hansworth Street and is serviced by the 631, 681, 682, 691, 814, 848 and 850 buses.
For your convenience, the taxi rank for Waverley Gardens Shopping Centre is located near the Vegas Club entry to the Centre.
